Kayla Agan

I had the pleasure of managing Kayla during a period of time while she was on an SMB sales team. Kayla's ability to prioritize and deliver is unmatched. Kayla is organized, thorough and focused. She holds herself accountable to the task and comes up with a plan of action that has largely inspired those around her to also excel in their role. Her depth and understanding into her customer's goals and objectives have allowed her to bring forward transformational change and production adoption at scale. Beyond that, she's a team player, always lifting those around her. 

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla at Kimball International. She assisted in driving sales on Wayfair & Overstock by managing sponsored ads, paid search, paid reviews and sponsored shops on those sites. She was also in charge of digital shelf, which led to increased conversions and sales. Kayla also managed the day-to-day coordination between the digital marketing agency, their multiple channel-heads and three brand stakeholders within KII, ensuring smooth operation and timely launching of campaigns across organic and paid social, paid search, digital PR and influencer marketing. Kayla’s strength is her attention to detail, her valuable out-of-the-box thinking and ideas and her hands-on approach to problem-solving. She was able to take on an enormous amount of work and execute flawlessly with ease.

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla since the launch of the Etc. brand under Kimball International. The diversity, passion, and drive Kayla had for Etc. was key to our growth. Kayla’s insight and ingenuity has always amazed me. She helped drive our social media strategies as well as the coordination between our internal marketing team and the digital marketing agency. Kayla took a sad Pinterest presence and escalated it to become a key social destination for our A+D customers. I always looked forward to each meeting and sync-up. Her spirit is bright, and her outlook and enthusiasm are contagious.

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla as part of Spanx's 2019 internship program, where she served as our eCommerce intern. During her time in the program, Kayla was focused on numerous projects, including: optimizing site search and merchandising, building a comprehensive landscape assessment to inform Spanx's international eCommerce strategy and developing recommendations on how we can optimize our mobile site experience. Across all of the projects Kayla focused on, she was impressively thoughtful, diligent, resourceful and helped impact our projects in a meaningful way. Kayla often went "above and beyond" the scope of her projects, to deliver the best results possible. Moreover, her professionalism and positive attitude made her an absolute pleasure to work with and a great addition to any team. 

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla as part of Curtsy’s internship program at The University of Georgia. Kayla served as one of our Curtsy Campus Ambassadors. She was responsible for curating dresses around campus, marking dress inventory, hosting trunk shows, and assisting with social media and other promotional efforts at UGA. Kayla’s positive attitude and creative spirit made her a joy to work with, and her hard work and motivation made her an integral part of the Curtsy Team at The University of Georgia.

I was responsible for passing on tasks and overseeing Kayla’s work. Kayla was quick to pick up on tasks and efficient at delivering the finished product.
