After Kimball International acquired Poppin, a startup disrupting the office product industry, I moved over as a Digital Marketing Coordinator with the Poppin Marketing team.

  • ​Drove 700% YoY growth in sales and delivered an average ROAS of 273% each month on Wayfair and Overstock through managing and optimizing sponsored ads, paid search, and paid reviews with a budget of $55,000.

  • Identified Pinterest as a growth opportunity for the Etc. brand, gaining the brand 34 impressions/month to 32.62k/month and 0 engagement/month to 475/month.

  • Assisted in coordinating, developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels including but not limited to: KII's websites, FB Ads, LinkedIn, Email, SEM, SEO, and display.

  • Coordinated the communication, approvals, and delivery of assets between brand managers and agency partners in order to develop, execute and track multi-channel social media content, PR, influencer, email, and paid media campaigns.

Mary Hall Freedom Village

Volunteer/Freelance

  • The mission of Mary Hall Freedom Village, Inc. (MHFV) is to empower women, children, veterans, and families to end the cycle of homelessness, addiction, and poverty.

  • Worked with the team to build out multi-channel digital assets (including banner ads, social posts, emails, and digital flyers) for their annual "Music with a Mission" event in order to increase sponsor donations and event awareness. Music with a Mission is a virtual benefit concert dedicated to raising money for the children of MHFV.

Temp Project Manager

  • With a $1.5 million budget, we were asked to develop a full market strategy to increase Carter's Black Friday in-store foot traffic.

  • We facilitated communication and delegated tasks between 4 team members and a mentor to ensure weekly tasks were met and reviewed.

  • In addition, we analyzed key consumer insights through secondary and primary research in order to determine the best strategy.

  • Within this role, I was able to grow my project management skills, such as time management, organization, and open communication. We finished the competition as semi-finalists.
